Kathy Olsen is proud to announce the beginning of Encompass Arts, an idea that has taken fruition from the love and passion that she has for the world of opera. Not only a singer's agency, Encompass Arts will have a global expanse. It will reach across Europe and utilize the many years of experience Kathy has in the classical music field. Using a "hands on" approach, Kathy will address every issue necessary to assist the singer in the development of a career.
